Every child deserves to feel emotionally strong and confident. But emotional strength isn’t something kids just “have,” it’s something they learn.

In Hero Journey Club, kids work closely with an experienced therapist in a group of no more than five peers to build:

  • Heart icon

    Self-awareness and emotional insight

  • Cloud icon

Personalized coping strategies they’ll actually use

  • Lock closed icon

    Social confidence and communication skills

Science-backed emotional management tools

Each weekly mission is designed by clinical psychologists to teach evidence-based skills that promote mental well-being.

Facilitators guide discussions, keep kids engaged, and help them practice life skills in a supportive space.

It never feels like “therapy” to your child. It just feels like a game they love with support they actually connect to.

“We’ve tried a lot of programs before, but Hero Journey Club is the first one that actually stuck.

My son would blow up over the smallest thing. Now he’s starting to understand what he’s feeling and he’s actually talking about it.

This program is definitely making an impact.”
