Billing & Cancellation Policies


When you sign up with Hero Journey Club, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card during the checkout process to verify its validity. This hold is not an actual charge.

The actual charge for your first session occurs only after you accept the group match we propose. This ensures that your payment is aligned with your participation in the program. Following your first session, you will be charged 48 hours in advance of each subsequent session.

This billing cycle continues for each session as long as you remain enrolled in our program. If you decide to cancel your membership, the charges will cease according to our cancellation policy.


We offer a money back guarantee on your first session, if you are unhappy with the first session for any reason, we will refund you, no questions asked.

If you notify us of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of subsequent sessions, you will not be charged.

If you notify us less than 48 hours in advance of a session you plan on skipping, we will give you a half session credit towards your next session.
